Steps to create the dialup networking connection for Windows Millennium Edition:

1. Find and click the "Start" button.

2. Click the "Settings" menu, a sub-menu will appear, click the "Dial-up Networking" menu item.

3. A dial-up networking window will appear, double left-click on "Make New Connection".

4. First you will be asked to type a name for the computer you are dialing into. Type in TowerMicro.net. Click next.

5. Now we will enter the phone number. In the area code box, enter 570. In the Telephone number box, enter the number which is local for you to call: Click next.

6. You have successfully created a new dialup networking connection called TowerMicro.net. Click finish to save.

7. You will return to "Dial-Up Networking" automatically after clicking finish. Find your TowerMicro.net icon and right-click on it. From the menu that will appear, left-click "create shortcut". This will place a shortcut to TowerMicro.net on your desktop.

When you are ready to connect, double-left click the "Shortcut to TowerMicro.net" icon on your desktop. Insert your username and password and click connect.
